Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Maestro and Switch.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Any copyright restricted logo or registered trademark can only be reproduced on the strict understanding that you (our customer) have obtained the necessary permissions for its legal reproduction.

It is understood that any images provided by our customers, portraying copyrighted material, have obtained the necessary permissions from the copyright holder.

Shipping And Handling
UK - You may select shipping by either First Class Postage, Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL Express (depending on the weight of your shipment - over a certain weight the shipping method will default to DHL Express and you will not be able to select either First Class or Special Delivery postage. We have experienced difficulties with Royal Mail in the past with packages over a certain weight).
Europe - All items are sent via Royal Mail Airsure service. You will be given a tracking number once your goods have been despatched. No signature is required.
NB. We are unable to guarantee delivery if you select First class postage.
Goods are despatched within 1-2 working days from receipt of order. Please call if you require items urgently.
We are only able to ship to mainland UK and Europe. We can offer timed deliveries if required. Please contact us for times and prices. Conditions apply.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to carry all items offered for sale on this website in stock. Orders will generally take 3 working days to fulfill. We will notify you if this is going to be longer.
Please note that we operate in line with the EU Directive on Distance Selling. If your goods haven't arrived within 28 days from the date of despatch please call us. Please do not call before 28 days have passed as we will be unable to help.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock or is going to take longer than 3 days to manufacture, we will back order it for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security
Our servers use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. This is an industry-standard protocol to transfer information via the Internet securely. When SSL encryption is being used you will see the padlock symbol in your browser and the URL will begin HTTPS as opposed to HTTP. Our servers are running with the maximum level of SSL encryption that is commercially available, ie. 128 bit.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our stock items come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. We are unable to refund any custom items unless the fault is our own. Any item returned for a refund must be unused in its original packging.
