Making A Purchase

For custom orders there is a minimum order value of £50.00 plus carriage and VAT. Any items that are offered for sale directly from our website are NOT subject to any minimum order value.
For custom orders, please use the enquiry forms that are available in the 'Enquiry' section of this site or email your requirements to info@hollographics.com

To purchase any of the products that are available online, just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Switch. You may provide your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet via our secure online store.

Please note that if you order a quantity of stickers then they will be supplied on the original roll rather than being supplied as separate stickers. This helps us to keep our costs down and enables us to deliver your stickers to you very quickly. If you require your stickers to be cut into individual items then there may be extra costs and time delays involved.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


Shipping And Handling UK Delivery

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. The following delivery charges and times apply:

Next Day Delivery via DHL*. All items are sent via DHL unless specifically requested otherwise. Upon despatch of your goods you will be notified of the consignment number. Your shipment can be tracked online via the DHL website. If DHL are unable to deliver your shipment due to no one being available to accept delivery then additional charges may be incurred.  *DHL are unable to provide next day service to certain areas of the UK.  More information can be found on their website at www.dhl.co.uk.

Please ensure that there is someone available to receive your goods at your stated delivery address as we will require a signature upon delivery.

If for any reason an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will give you an expected delivery date. All dates and times quoted for delivery are estimated and are not of the essence and may be subject to change.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you in 7-10 business days of having received payment. In most cases goods are despatched within 3 working days.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

Secure Hosting's servers use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. This is an industry-standard protocol to transfer information via the Internet securely. When SSL encryption is being used you will see the padlock symbol in your browser and the URL will begin HTTPS as opposed to HTTP. The servers are running with the maximum level of SSL encryption that is commercially available, ie. 128 bit.

Guarantee

We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all products listed.
We take every care to ensure that the description of our products is correct at the time of going to print. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept responsibility for variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer used by you.

Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes


Artwork Proofs & Colour

Artwork proofs are only available upon request and will only be printed once we have received payment in full. Prices for proofs will be different for each job and in most cases can be provided free of charge.

We are unable to guarantee exact Pantone colour matching due to the process required for printing onto specialist materials such as vinyl. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that colours match as closely as possible to the specified colours there may be some noticeable differences. If your colour match is critical then we would suggest that a proof is requested. In all cases we strongly recommend that a hard copy is posted to us with any notes that may be applicable to your specific job.

HolloGraphics Ltd will not be held responsible for colour differences if no artwork proofs have been requested or hard copy samples sent to us. For static cling window stickers, due the nature of the static cling material, it is not possible to guarantee exact colour matching or colour consistency on certain colours. Some colours (shades of dark colours) may give a slight mottled appearance which is unavoidable.

We are unable to match colours from screen images due to the fact that all computer monitors are set up differently and so will display colours differently. What may look like blue on your screen may look like purple on ours!

All logos, brands and product names that may be featured on this website, are trademarks of their respective owners, and are offered as a convenience for their lawful use only, with proper permission from the copyright holder.

It is understood that any images provided by our customers, portraying copyrighted material, have obtained the necessary permissions from the copyright holder.


Returns Policy

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL & RETURNS POLICY

For stock items you may cancel your order (once it has been accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel within this time any payments made to you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

For custom items you are unable to cancel your order once we have received an order acknowledgement from you.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email info@hollographics.com immediately or call 01962 882345

For non custom items, if you are not entirely delighted with your order you may return them to us within 10 days of receipt and we will offer you an exchange or refund, providing that the goods are in perfect condition. Custom items can only be returned if they are found to be faulty or are not as specified in the written order. To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing but you do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us (please obtain a receipt for the postage of your item). For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods at your own risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Postage for returns will only be refunded where goods are faulty.

To return any products to us, pack the item back in its original packaging, attach the invoice and send back to the Registered Office of the Company as given above.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
(a) we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
(b) we do not deliver to your area; or
(c) one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
